There are a few steps up to the building front door, the flat is a maisonette spread over the ground and lower ground floors.

There is no dedicated parking space at the property, but there are metered bays on the seafront. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am.
