Living Room - spacious and comfortable, with Freeview TV, DVD player and WiFi. Double sofa bed to sleep 2 guests, and 2 single, portable cube beds to sleep a further 2 guests.

Roof Terrace - A lovely little outside space, with table and chairs for 4.
Bedroom Three - Sleeps 3, with zip & link beds and a small, double sofa bed for 1 person.
Second Family Bathroom - Bath, shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom Four - Sleeps 6, with zip & link beds and 2 single beds with single, pull-out beds. Small cloakroom with WC.
Bedroom Five - Sleeps 2, Double bed. Accessed through bedroom five.

This property is situated at the end of a residential street and the owners are keen to maintain good relations with the neighbours. Whilst large groups are warmly welcomed, the house is not suitable for rowdy or noisy groups.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Property is arranged over 5 floors, with 2 half landings between floors.
