Amazing house and perfect for the hen do! The communal area was great and just the thing we needed for the occasion. The beds were crazy comfortable and plenty of room for all of us to do our hair and make-up. About a 20 minute walk from the town centre and long stay parking on the sea front. I would definitely recommend this location!
Really enjoyable and easy experience - we had a party of 12 and all fitted in comfortably. Nice area of Brighton, a little away from the main drag - but with lots of good local amenities! All in all I would recommended for a large group. Thank you - a very enjoyable experience, really was a pleasure to stay here.
I booked this accommodation through Crown Gardens. It was for my sister's nautical themed hen party sleeping 10 hens (property sleeps up to 12). The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and in fantastic condition. All the amenities were available and in working order and the heating and wifi was all good too. The quirky layout of the property made it a really special and fun place to stay, especially for a large group. There is no living room but the kitchen is spacious enough to facilitate dining and lounging, especially with the handy outside space. The bedrooms were cosy and spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite being in the middle of a residential street the property felt very private, like our own special retreat! There are two newsagents on the street which is really handy and the property is less than a minute away from the sea. I live in Kemptown, which is a vibrant, fun area of Brighton. However, the property is also close to the main city center too. Best of both worlds. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Brighton.
We stayed as a large group at the end of May. The Beach House has a lovely, well-equipped kitchen with a table big enough for everyone to eat around. The wine fridge was a nice touch too! It is in a lovely spot in Kemptown with the pier about a 15 minute walk away, or there are plenty of taxis. The rooms and bathrooms have been decorated really nicely, with excellent showers. Overall a lovely place for a short stay and to use as a base to explore Brighton.
We arrived and were very surprised to have champagne waiting for us which set the whole stay up perfectly. It's a great space to be in and great location
