First Floor
Bedroom One - Sleeps 5, in single bunk beds and a triple sleeper (single bunk over double bed).

Bedroom Two - Sleeps 2, twin beds.

Family Bathroom - Shower over the bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Second Floor
Bedroom Three - Sleeps 3, in one double and one single bed.

Bedroom Four - Sleeps 2, double bed.

Third Floor
Attic Bathroom - Double ended deco bath, complete with silver taps and shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

For groups over 12 there is an additional single sofa bed supplement of £50
For groups over 13 there is a further single sofa bed supplement of £50
For groups over 14 there is a further single chair bed supplement of £40
For groups over 15 there is a further single chair bed supplement of £40
