Third Bedroom - Sleeps 2. Single bed, with pull out single bed underneath. Ideal for either 2 children, or 1 adult. This small but cosy room has access to it's own little balcony, with sea views. There is also a TV with built-in DVD player in this bedroom.

Shower Room - With large, walk in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. Access onto a second balcony with sea views.

Access Information

Located on the first floor. There are a flight and a half of stairs up to the apartment front door. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

Parking Information

Visitors parking permits available at £12.50 per day, please book in advance, these are subject to availability and usually limited to 3 permits per booking. Please note: These permits allow you to park in the residents bays, one permit required per car, per day.

Alternatively the majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay & display parking meters. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone.
