About this Property

Vine Street Studios is designed with three things in mind: the creation of a space that is as versatile as it is comfortable; the use of finishes, furnishings and fittings that surprise, inspire and delight.

The notion that a weekend accommodation can – and should – look and feel just like a beautifully designed home. It includes a huge living space, 4 sleeping rooms and a self-contained annex.

First Floor
Open plan living/dining area totalling 1000 sq.ft. characterised by exposed steel beams, oak floors, large windows and by walls either clad in oak panels or finished in raw white plaster  There is plenty of seating on the 5 sofas.  A large flat screen television is provided. Attached is the fully equipped kitchen, with all regular mod cons, such as:

  • Microwave
  • Oven/Grill
  • Fridge Freezer
  • Washing Machine
  • Dish Washer

There is a wet room situated just off of the main living room.

Bedroom 1 - Sleeps 3 in single beds and additional guest bed. There is even a bath in this bedroom.

Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 3 in single beds and additional guest bed.

Bedroom 3 - is the largest, sleeps 4 in a single beds, and 2 single guest beds. There is also a bath in this bedroom.

Bedroom 4 - Sleeps 3 in single beds and additional guest bed.

In between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 there is another wet room.

Ground Floor

There is a separate annexe which comprises of it's own living/kitchen area, double sofa bed, a single guest bed

Things you need to know...

Whilst the property can accommodate 16 guests, the ideal group size is 10 with 2 guests per bedroom/studio, 14 works well with 3 in each of the bedrooms and 2 in the studio, 16 is OK if you have an extra guest in the master bedroom and studio.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Access Information

Accessed by its own private front door at street level and situated on the first floor. Please note that Vine Street Studios' annexe may be accessed by means of a private set of stairs, and comes with its own kitchen and en suite shower room.

Parking Information

Unfortunately, due to its very central location, there is no on-site parking. There are limited on-street meters and the nearest car park is on Trafalgar Street and Blackman Street. Further parking information can be found on Parkopedia.

There is plenty to do here. There are a wide variety of beautiful parks. You can take a stroll along the promenade and the pier or just relax on the beach. Brighton is a very vibrant city. With its massive choice of restaurants, bars and cafes, you'll never be stuck for somewhere to eat and drink.

North Laine is the bohemian independent cultural heart and soul of Brighton. If the arts are your thing then you won't be disappointed. There is a huge array of exhibitions, theatre shows, festivals and street shows. And when the sun goes down they is a massive choice of nightlife.
