Deluxe Package

A complete Afternoon Tea experience, with vintage crockery sourced from antique fairs and markets across the county. Delivered to you by a member of staff in vintage attire, who will set up and serve your Afternoon Tea and pour your delicious brew into lovely china cups. The staff will bring along music from the era to help set the whole 1930's Parisian tea salon scene and make this a really memorable treat for your special occasion.

Please note there will be a £50 cash security deposit for the vintage crockery which will be collected from you when your Afternoon Tea is delivered, and refunded on collection of the crockery.

Our butlers will aim to fulfil your every desire (well, not every desire!) Whether that’s by greeting your guests or providing waiter service, or just getting involved with party games. Our hunky Butlers will gladly oblige and do it all with a ‘cheeky’ twist…

These charming, beautiful gentlemen will host your games and serve your drinks and nibbles with elegance and style, whilst wearing a bottomless apron! Male order one of our delicious Bare Bottom Butlers to add a special touch to your weekend stay. You can add a butler at the time of booking, alternatively you can contact us to add a butler at a later stage, or to book separately as a surprise!

Your group will be hosted by an expert mixologist, who starts you off with a welcome drink while he demonstrates how to create a classic cocktail. You'll then get a lesson in basic techniques, such as mixing, pouring, shaking and stirring. Then it's your turn behind the bar to show off your skills, why not design a cocktail themed around the hen or guest of honour! With silly games and prize for best cocktail, this is sure to be a night to remember.

Take the stress out of cooking for your group and hire a private chef to come to your holiday property and prepare something scrumptious for you. The private catering option for large groups is intended as a simple, yet fresh and delicious one pot meal, which the whole group can enjoy. This will be one less thing for you to worry about and organise, without breaking the bank!

The chef will arrive at your property to prepare and cook the meal for you, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. He will serve your meal, plus tidy up the kitchen and wash up after himself. We only ask that you set your table ready to dine. Our professional and friendly chef has over 20 years’ experience as a head chef in Brighton and Hove and has now set up his own franchise and private catering.

We offer either a 2 or 3 course option, with 3 delicious courses to choose from.

Starters

• Garlic mushroom bruschetta with fresh parmesan and rocket.
• Roasted Butternut squash, ginger, chilli and coconut soup, with fresh coriander. Served with crusty bread and butter.
• Aromatic Thai crab cakes, with Asian salad and sweet chilli dip.
• Fresh Mozzarella, Avocado and Tomato salad. Served with olive oil, balsamic and fresh basil.

Main Courses

• Cajun Pork Fillets with spiced Sweet potatoe and coriander mash, Spinach and watercress salad and homemade Tzatziki.
• A rich Beef Bourguignon casserole served with creamy Dauphinoise potatoes and steamed greens.
• Aromatic Thai Green Curry, served with fluffy Basmati rice. Choice of Chicken or Vegetable.
• Oven baked Chicken, Chorizo, Potato and Garlic, served with crisp salad, garlic bread and aioli.
• Slow cooked Pork Belly, with crackling, creamy mash and a honey jus.
• Classic Chilli Con Carne served with fluffy rice, tortilla crisps and sour cream dip. Choice of Beef or Veggie.

Desserts

• Sticky Toffee Pudding, served with clotted cream and toffee sauce.
• Baked New York cheesecake, with seasonal berries.
• Fresh vanilla creme brulee served with shortbread.
• Dark Chocolate Torte with seasonal berries and raspberry coulis.

For Vegetarians within your group, we will prepare a meal which is as close to what the rest of the group are having as possible. Please let us know of any special dietary requirements.

Please Note: The chef will be at your property approximately 2-3 hours in total, preparing, serving your courses, then clearing up. Please bear this in mind if planning party games, quizzes, etc. It is best to fit these in either before the chef arrives, or after dessert.

In this exciting 3-4 hour workshop you will learn the basics of Oriental cooking, in the comfort of your holiday home. The lessons are informal and great fun, plus you get to enjoy the delicious food you have made, along with a bottle of wine or organic flower green tea. 

The chef will arrive at your property to demonstrate technique, prepare and cook the meal with you, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients including freshly caught fish and vegetables. Plus she will tidy up the kitchen and wash up after.

Choose from two delicious packages.

Available to book Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, or Friday evening from 7pm onwards. 

Please note: The workshops are subject to available work space at the property and number of participants. Maximum group size of 15.

Oriental Delight

You will learn to make 4-5 different types of sushi each, including Nigiri, Hand rolls, I.S.O rolls, Maki rolls and Gunkan. Ingredients to include freshly caught salmon.

Including one Japanese starter and one bottle of White table wine or organic flower green tea. 

Vegetarian and pescatarian option available. 

Oriental Feast

You will learn to make 4-5 different types of sushi each, including Nigiri, Hand rolls, I.S.O rolls, Maki rolls and Gunkan. Ingredients to include freshly caught Salmon and Tuna.

Including one Japanese starter, one Japanese salad side dish and an oriental dessert, along with one bottle White table wine or organic flower green tea.

The Sophisticated Hen party package. Where you have fun with your friends, while indulging in some sophistication the vintage way. This beautiful, vintage inspired, pop up parlour will make you feel like you have stepped back in time with our specialist glamour team on board. 

Choose your era, anything from the roaring 20's, up to the present day. The stylists will bring along a look book of your chosen era to help inspire you. We can assure you that you will step out looking & feeling as glamorous as a Hollywood silver screen siren.

Indulge yourself and go all out with a full, fabulous Vintage transformation. Choose which era you would like to step into and allow us to take you back in time with this complete hair and make-up package. Includes full hair styling of your choice - Bee hives, back combing, victory rolls, quiffs, plaits, top knots, waves, curls & setting, plus a mini makeover including eyes, lips, cheeks & brows. Allow approximately 45 minutes per person.

The Glamour Puss

Ever fancied that Monroe lip and a Hepburn flick? Whatever look you're after, this fabulous full make up application will achieve the glamour you so desire. Includes prep & prime, foundation, concealer, contour, eyes, lips, cheeks & brows. Allow approximately 35 minutes per person.
