Brighton Activities

With the stunning Royal Pavilion and Regency architecture, great museums, fantastic pubs and award winning restaurants, not to mention a beach, a cheesy pier, and nightlife that brings people in to the city from miles around, Brighton is full of places to go and things to see. We have a wide range of activities for you to book with your accommodation, please call us for further info!

Take a stroll along Brighton Beach

Locals claim Brighton has a "young beach," in that it is full of pebbles which have yet to grind down in to sand. This doesn't affect it's popularity though and every summer the beach is packed with people. A pleasant walk along the top of the beach from the pier towards Hove will take you past a number of little art galleries, bars, a museum, and the remains of the West Pier, which now looks like a piece of surrealist art.

Music in Brighton

Brighton has two large music venues - the Dome, a beautiful building which was once the stables for the Prince Regent's horses, and the Brighton Centre, which is large but not particularly good acoustically. It's more common to see bands in one of the many pubs featuring live music. The best of these are the Prince Albert, near Brighton Station on Trafalgar Road, and The Portland Rock Bar in Hove, on Portland Road. Both of these have featured many now-famous acts as they've been gigging around the country, and are run by owners with a good ear and taste in bookings.

Paint the town with a rainbow!

Brighton has been a popular destination for relaxing and letting your hair down since the Regency, and that still holds true today. There are thousands of pubs, clubs, and restaurants to enjoy, and thousands of people visit every year. Throughout the summer there are various festivals, parades and London to Brighton runs going on, and a large Pride event in September.
