We are founding members of the BHRA. BHRA stands for Brighton and Hove Holiday Rental Association. It was formed in early 2014 as a collaboration between some of the agencies for holiday lets in Brighton and Hove. The aim of the BHRA is to promote a gold standard of holiday letting among landlords in Brighton and Hove and with particular attention to good neighbourliness. The Association is not about promoting any company or agency, simply about working together to promote best practice.

All our properties are regularly checked by East Sussex Fire and Rescue to comply with the latest regulations. They are safe and secure for your stay. We work together with landlords to ensure fire doors, alarms and smoke detectors are in place, together with electrical appliance testing and gas safety checks.

Julia set up the business in 2002 to offer a weekend alternative to boutique hotels. She is a property owner herself and assists many clients set up great holiday lets and offers interiors and property development services. Julia develops the website and booking software using the latest technology wherever possible.
Rebecca Fenton - New Business and Photography
Rebecca's creative background enables her to shoot very fine photos and offer invaluable start up advice to new landlords wanting to venture into this sector. She has over 10 years experience with us, her knowledge and expertise of the holiday letting market is second to none. She has a BA in textiles and surface pattern and a flair for interior design.
Jill Farrell - Events and Marketing
Jill's marketing and fashion degree qualifies her to lead the way in creating and promoting our specialised hen and stag party events. She has a brilliant eye for detail and loves a list!
