This is a light and bright, comfortable Victorian family house situated a short walk from the centre of Brighton and the North Laine. Perfect for couples, family trips and work stays. This house has recently been refurbished,

Situated in the heart of vibrant Hanover in Brighton , this pretty house will sleep up to 6 guests.There are 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.Open plan light and bright living / dining with corner sofa, fireplace and smart TV with all the streaming channels plus Alexa. The dining room area overlooks the garden with a big Victorian sash window.

Bed layout as follows:

Master Bedroom has a queen size double bed and a small double set up as a day bed, ideal if you need a twin room. Bedroom 2 has a queen double bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen double bed.

Herringbone stair runners and soft luxurious taupe grey bedroom carpeting.Newly fitted white and aqua family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, black grid critall style screen, basin and toilet. Stone grey ceramic tiling and oak flooring.Quiet and sunny garden with mature trees and outdoor seating. Please note the garden lawn has been re seeded in April 2024, it will be in its full glory by the end of May. There will be new photos of the garden taken in late May .
