Julia Harding - Creative Director
Julia set up the business back in 2002, first letting out her own cottage in Crown Gardens at the weekends - hence the company name! She now has a property portfolio herself and assists many clients set up great holiday lets. She offers interiors and property development services and has designed many of our exclusive properties, knowing most of the tricks of the trade for success in this sector. Julia has a web background and works closely with our software development team enhancing the website and our own bespoke booking software, using the latest technology.
Brittany Hart
Meet Brittany CG’s super star virtual assistant and project manager extraordinaire! Brittany is the organisational guru who keeps CG running as smooth as silk. With a background in Travel and a love for all things Brighton, our bubbly California girl has put down roots in this stunning town of ours and we are so thrilled to have her as part of our CG family.
Louise Salter
Lou is our CG Admin powerhouse. Lou’s fav phrase is ‘Oh, I’ve already done that’. Move over Mystic May, our Lou knows what we need well before even WE do! Lou is Brighton born and bred, and comes from three generations of Brightonians…a rare breed indeed! There isn’t much our Lou doesn’t know about B-town, from food to frocks she’s a true blue Brighton girl who loves to share her top tips with our guests.
Jess Colgate-Stone Read
Joyful Jess is our sunshine and rainbows Operations and Accounts Manager who knows this beautiful business inside-out, upside-down, and underneath! There isn’t much our Jess can’t handle, and when it comes to keeping steady under pressure…cucumbers wish they were this cool. Jess is our firefighter/problem-solver/wish-granter, and nothing makes her happier than thrilling our guests and hosts on every level.

If you are a local resident and have a complaint about noise in any of our properties that you wish to report then please call the 24/7 control centre number on 07399 605 198.
Our professional partnership with SIA approved Consec Risk Management, means that we can offer 24/7 call out to excessive noise and antisocial behaviour issues should they arise.
All call-out operatives from Consec are CRB checked, uniformed with head-cams, licensed, carry photo id, without criminal records and are fully insured for your further peace of mind.
