This super central 3 storey townhouse with hot tub is ideal for groups and hen weekends. Situated in the heart of central Bournemouth, a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. NEW Rose botanical dining room coming soon!

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room with a bespoke dining table to seat the full quota of 20 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and the cosy snug with patio doors leads to the stylish spa courtyard garden and large hot tub to seat up to 7 people. The hot tub is charged at £150 per stay.

Period features in many rooms, refurbished wooden floorboards, high ceilings and fresh white bright walls and newly refurbished windows let the light flood in. An eclectic collection of artworks and upcycled furniture and lighting give this house an arty bohemian feel throughout. Contemporary bathrooms one with with LED lighting. On the beds, deep comfortable mattresses and soft furnishings. In the living room there are 2 leather click clack sofa beds and a further comfortable chair bed with memory foam mattress. Teal velvet footstools and floor cushions provide extra seating. 49inch TV with Bluray player and Youview channels. Soft leopard carpet underfoot to add some glamour to your evenings at home.

This house is primarily designed for group getaways and is not set up for family bookings. We can make exceptions for Christmas, New Year and some school holidays, so do ask!

Please note: The lively city centre location of The Triangle can be noisy at night. There are many B & Bs, hotels, bars and nightclubs in the area. The house is ideal for hen weekends and larger groups wanting a hip and stylish central pad close to the beach and walking distance of the city centre entertainments. Please note: If you are looking for a quieter, traditional family holiday and have younger children, this house and location may not be ideal. There are more residential out of town areas such as Sandbanks, Westbourne or Southbourne better suited for families.

Accessed at ground floor level, with 2 steps up to the front door. Once inside, the house is arranged over 3 floors.

Things you need to know...

Sorry no stag do groups here. No parties or events allowed.  Whilst we welcome groups and would love you all to enjoy the property, it is of upmost importance that the local neighbours are not disturbed. Noise outside in the garden must be kept to a minimum after 8pm as this is a residential area. Your security deposit will be at risk if there is disruption to local residents. The hot tub must not be used after 10pm. We do use a security company and your deposit will be retained if we get noise complaints after 10pm. We have a noise monitoring system in place.

Parking Information

There is free parking available in many of the surrounding streets subject to availability. The street outside has double yellow lines, where you can pull up briefly to unload.
