This 3 storey, 4 bedroom Brighton vintage house now with hot tub, has super stylish eclectic interiors.
Sleeping up to 18 guests, situated just off the seafront in central Brighton located in a historic Brighton lane, Close to all the action of the seafront and sophisticated village atmosphere of Kemptown.
Wellis Hot Tub Spa with new giant floor to ceiling jungle wall mural to view from the terrace. The hot tub is charged at £150 supplement for your stay.
Live like locals and explore the area or stroll down to the beach in just 5 minutes. From the entrance of the twitten you can see the famous Palace Pier. Close too is the heart of vibrant gay friendly district of Kemptown Village, a few moments from Brighton Proud Ballroom and the beach. This is the ideal large group holiday house if you are looking for a quirky vintage get away. Newly updated for reopening July 2021 with velvet soft furnishings and new dining table.
Please note there is a lot of saucy imagery and not suitable for bookings with children. This house is primarily designed for hen weekends.
Kemptown has so many lovely eateries and stylish boutiques, there are new ones are popping up all the time, from independent yarn and knitting shops to organic vegan pizza, not forgetting the antique and flea markets and of course gin and cocktail bars and atmospheric pubs, all on your doorstep and away from the mainstream throng!
Spacious outside terrace with a giant delectable Bettie Page and tropical jungle wall mural is sure to delight all who stay! Wellis 7 seater hot tub with rattan chairs. Please note the hot tub is not to be used after 10pm. Hot tub is charged as a £150 supplement for your stay.

Decorated with a decadent sophisticated colour scheme of charcoal, gold, ruby red and emerald green, using original up-cycled furnishings, beautiful mirrors, divine pin up portraits framed in heavy gilt to set the scene. Soft grey carpeting in the bedrooms and a sociable living/dining room space with padded sparkling booth seating for the full quota of guests.

Sirens Suite - Sleeps 3, triple bunk. French doors open onto the terrace.
Bathroom - Bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC.
Tropical Terrace - Large enclosed terrace with Hot Tub. Rattan chairs.
Super sized Betty Paige wall mural. Accessed from the Sirens Suite.
First Floor
The Party Parlour
This open plan light filled room has sash windows to keep things bright by day. By night you can entertain at home with the ceramic marble dining table for the full quota of guests with upholstered benches and padded diamante burlesque back rests. The cast iron fireplace with fire effect to add a touch of ambiance and the vintage industrial cage lighting gives a hint of retro steam punk! The room is decorated with metallic gold cheetah wallpaper and heavy, large gold gilt frames with naughty original pin up prints and mirrors to adorn the walls.There is a three seater comfortable sofa bed together with ruby red retro swivel chairs. Large flatscreen 47" 3D Freeview TV and Blu-Ray sound bar.

There is no dedicated parking space at the property, but there are several meter bays on the seafront entrance on Madeira drive. Also there are loading bays outside on the St Georges Road entrance.
There is 24 hours parking for £6.50 on Marine Parade at the end of Eaton Place 50.81914, -0.1235. Just type Brighton Parlourama with Hot Tub into google maps and you should be directed.
The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions.
